NB: Cartridges must be new and original. Refills and non-original cartridges will be rejected.
Manner of Submission

Quotations must be submitted by email to tjenami@zpc.co.zw as it may not be possible to drop hard copies into the tender box as a precaution against the spread of the corona virus and your quotation must be received before 10:00 hours on the closing date.

Offers not received by 10:00 hours on the closing date will be treated as late tenders, rejected and returned to tenderer.

State Validity of your offer from closing date (minimum acceptable bid validity period is 30 days).

Bidders must attach proof of registration with Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe in the category of computers, printers, photocopiers, networking equipment and accessories—(Goods Category G/C/006).

Bidders must attach current/ valid distributorship/ partnership certificate from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) - HP. If the certificate is not attached your quotation will be rejected.
