Manner of Submission

Quotations must be submitted by email to tjenami@zpc.co.zw as it may not be possible to drop hard copies into the tender box as a precaution against the spread of the corona virus and your quotation must be received before 10:00 hours on the closing date.

Offers not received by 10:00 hours on the closing date will be treated as late tenders and will be rejected.

Last date of submission is 03 December 2020.
YOUR OFFER SHOULD CLEARLY INDICATE THE FOLLOWING:

Bidders must respond to specifications on a line a line basis.

State Validity Period of your offer from the closing date (minimum acceptable bid validity period is 30 days).

Bidders must provide lead time from receipt of official order.

Bidders must attach proof of registration with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe in the category of computers, printers, photocopiers, networking equipment and accessories-(Goods Category G/C006) or communication radios, handsets, cellular mobile phones, facsimile machines and accessories—(Goods Category G / C / 0 0 5 ).

Bidders must state warranty period – minimum acceptable warranty period is 12 months.
NB:
No advance payments will be made for orders below US$500,000.00. Payment for delivered goods will be made within 30 days after delivery of goods.
