Qualifications and Experience
• 5 ‘O’ Levels including English Language
• Qualification in Office Administration/Secretarial or relevant
• 4 years relevant experience
• Computer literacy is a must
• Project experience will be an added advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain files and records   up to date  and ensures that they are easily accessible 
• Sorts and distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail
• Utilizes office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
• Takes minutes of meetings and dictations
• Assists in office management and organization procedures
• Monitors stocks of office supplies (stationery etc.) and reports when there are shortages
• Assists in making travel arrangements and booking venues for meetings and events
